Convenient stay with a few hiccups

So, I stayed here for a night with fam. Prices were solid, and the location was great, really close to some good spots. The room was clean and spacious, but the customer service was a mess. I had to keep asking for stuff, and it felt like I was bothering them. If you love your morning coffee, bring your own sugar!

This place suits me perfectly with great internet access, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. I recall how they found my lost barrette during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a romantic escape!

The staff here was top shelf. seriously, they catered to all my needs. A highlight was the food at the Sports Bar. I ate there twice and it was very good!

I had a fantastic stay where the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant on-site served delicious meals, particularly enjoyed the buffalo chicken quesadilla during dinner. The complimentary shuttle to Mohegan Sun was a great convenience that really enhanced our experience! One area for improvement could be the parking situation during peak times.

Spent 4 nights in a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with fresh towels daily. The indoor swimming pool was nice and warm. The staff helped with great local dining options and the shuttle to Mohegan Sun was super convenient!

But honestly, did the pool need to be an ice bath? And the phone didn’t even work to call for help—talk about a long swim back to shore!

The Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and generally clean. The beds were comfy, though I found the mattress a bit firm. There’s a small fridge and microwave, which were handy for snacks. The bathroom was okay but a bit on the smaller side. Water pressure in the shower was solid. Overall, the room could use a bit of a refresh but it worked for a single night stay.

Loved the free shuttle to the casino and the indoor pool was nice and warm. The food at the sports bar was tasty, especially the buffalo chicken quesadilla.
